- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Arrived for appointment at 0915. Still waiting at 1045. The doctor hasn't turned up and no one knows where he/she is. All this after attempting to make an appointment at Essenden Road Surgery only to be told it has closed. Absolutely no notice or warning and 4 of us were patients there. No letter received informing us and no signs up when we recently visited. Absolutely disgusting. Would allocate 0 stars if possible.
